How It Works
We keep it to 4 simple steps for your fans
1. Scan QR Code
All the fan has to do is scan the QR code that is located on their seat, which will take them to a menu.
2. Order & Pay
Next, the fan will be taken directly to a menu where they will chose what they'd like to add to their cart & check out.
3. Track Order & Receive Updates on Order
Once the fan has checked out, they will have a screen that shows them the progress of their order and the estimated time it will take to receive/pick up their order from the concession stand.
4. Receive/Pick Up Food
Finally, the fan will see that their order is ready and they will go to the concession stand where their order will be ready under their Section, Row & Seat Number instead of their name.
